Blackrose Drums

I am delighted to announce the launch of Blackrose Drums Limited, a new musical instrument retailer, specialising in drums and percussion. My ambition is to deliver a first class, reliable service primarily in the supply of niche, top end instruments: I wish to generate, dare I say it, loyal, satisfied clients who are confident enough to deal with me in the future.

On October 20th/21st at Drummer Live 2007, I shall be delighted to exhibit products from the “GMS Drum Co.” GMS has built a reputation over some 20 years for providing exceptional quality custom drums, which are both innovative and functional, whilst remaining affordable. I encourage you to the show, where I hope to have GMS President Rob Mazzella on the stand with me to help launch GMS’ products on the UK market! We also hope to have a review of GMS snare drums in the next edition of Drummer magazine.
Blackrose Drums aims to provide a different approach to buying drums in the United Kingdom and Europe. We can source most exquisite, top-end snare drums and drum kits, quickly and cost-effectively through established, reliable suppliers both in UK and further a-field. Blackrose Drums doesn’t deal exclusively in brand new drums either, constantly searching for quality pre-owned and vintage pieces in excellent condition. The concept for Blackrose Drums started to take shape in 2003, with the realisation that there are so many drum products available beyond our shores which simply never make it to the UK - or which do make it over but the price is prohibitively high. So most UK-dwellers are forced to play safe, stick with what they know: and what is generally easier and priced more competitively.
